Welcome to Charmony Studio! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, membership area, and any content or services provided. By joining or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Membership and Payments

  • Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).

  • Prices may change. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

  • Membership access is personal and may not be shared or resold.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their Customer Account. After cancellation, the membership remains active until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are issued for partially used billing cycles.

    Account → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Plan.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Because our products are digital, we do not offer refunds for already delivered content, unless required by law.

4. Use of Content

  • Your membership grants you a non-exclusive license to use our Canva templates, stock photos, and design assets for personal or business branding projects.

  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of content outside your membership account is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not upload or host our content publicly or in third-party libraries.

5. Custom Design Requests

  • Custom Requests (for example, Canva template design orders) are available only to selected plans.

  • Requests are reviewed individually; we reserve the right to decline requests that exceed fair use or go beyond the included scope.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity.


6. Service Changes

  • We may update or replace content in the membership area at any time, for example by archiving older collections or adding new ones. We may also modify membership tiers or pricing with prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes.
    We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
